Rooh Grand Opening
I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of the new Rooh Restaurant & Bar located at in Chicago. Already successful with restaurants in San Francisco and New York, the owners of Rooh have brought their fine dining progressive Indian cuisine to Chicago’s West Loop inside a three-level space on Randolph Restaurant Row. Rooh’s menu brings tastes from different areas of India and then artfully plating those dishes.
I had the pleasure of meeting with the owners and hearing first hand the history of Rooh and their vision to bring progressive Indian food to Chicago.
