Thanksgiving 2017

Every year we celebrate Thanksgiving at home. I have the day off while my husband does all the cooking. This year my husband could not cook because he just had shoulder surgery. So we opted to go spend night in Chicago at the Inter-Continental hotel and have dinner at Steak 48. This would allow my daughter Nelly and her boyfriend who live in Chicago to join us for Thanksgiving dinner. And it would stragetically place me on Michigan Ave for Black Friday! Monse and I had a lot of fun getting ready for dinner. She has gotten so tall!
The dinner was excellent. First we started off with some delicious cocktails. Then appetizers, the entrees and desert! It was a great evening with family. Only wish my son Jamie could have been with us. Very special evening with my daughters.
